Front retractable cart

Hi everyone, I write because I have a problem with the retraction part of the front leg. I'm with the Ball spindle and with spindle bearing housing, completely worn and to be thrown away, then I tried to ask here in the group if anyone had any idea where to find the new components or if they found substitutes that could be fine.
